THINGS TO NOTE & studio Rules

- The studio entrance is on the North side of the building, there you will find the lock box. You will receive your unique code within 24-48 hours of your appointment. Feel free to hang the key on the pointer finger hook during your allotted time at the studio. This way you will always know where you put the key. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LOCK UP both DOORS, REPLACE THE KEY WHEN YOU ARE DONE! Renters agree not to inform any person(s) of the code for the key box.

- Please be respectful and stay within your scheduled time, to avoid an additional charge, and please remember your time will include your set-up and clean-up. Let the management know of any repairs, maintenance, or damage in the studio immediately. Please text 801-864-3957 with any emergencies! Otherwise, email thestudio@dottieandjo.com

- BOUDOIR and other Intimate shoots must be done in complete privacy. Please arrange for all windows to be properly covered so the outside cannot see in. Nudity is not allowed.

- Styled shoots are always welcome, please add the additional charge at your time of booking to accommodate any additional photographers and/or videographers. 

- Our Cyc Wall is very fragile! Everyone except individuals being photographed are required to wear a pair of booties, that are provided for you! Please do not use the Cyc Wall as a slide and no one should be on the curve of the wall!

- Bigger furniture pieces will be set out in various places around the studio. Smaller props can be accessed free of charge from the unlocked closet by the bathroom. When moving furniture please lift and set down gently, do not slide! Please return all props back to where you found them.

- NO flames or glitter is allowed! Please do not make holes or hang anything on the walls. You will be responsible for any damage to the studio, furniture or props.

- Well behaved pets on a leash are welcome, with the additional pet fee added to your booking. Please keep them off the cyc wall! You will be responsible for any damage to the studio, furniture or props.

- WIFI and a Bluetooth speaker are available for your use. 

Please keep the volume at a reasonable level, there are other businesses surrounding us.

- Our studio is equipped with security cameras. This is for your protection as well as ours, the owners will review the footage if we are informed of theft, damage, illegal or after hours entry. Any illegal activity will be reported to the authorities.

- There will be an additional $50 charge for any rules not followed.

All studio bookings are non-refundable,  if you need to reschedule please do so 48 hours in advance. For studio bookings that are more than 4 hours we require 7 days notice to reschedule.
